Level Up Series & Intensives

What are Series?

A carefully crafted 6-8 week curriculum, designed to build strength, increase flexibility through progressive, full-body workouts. The program combines elements of aerial tricks, spins, transitions, flow and a complete understanding of body mobility. Each week builds on the last, helping gain confidence, track progress, and stay motivated.

Format:

  • Duration: 6 to 8 weeks
     
  • Frequency: 1 session per week
     
  • Class Length: 75-90 minutes

What are Intensives/Workshops?

A concentrated in-depth training experience often involving a focus on specific skills or styles. You will receive a more immersive-fast track & comprehensive approach to learning and progressing, going beyond typical introductory or class structure.

Format:

  • Duration: 1-2 days
     
  • Frequency: 1 session per day(s)
     
  • Class Length: 75-90 minutes
